Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (CPC31220)
This course will develop the skills and knowledge you need to have a successful career in the building and construction as a Wall and Ceiling Liner (Plasterer). You will receive comprehensive training for Wall and Ceiling Lining apprentices in all practical and theoretical aspects of the trade.

This course will develop the skills and knowledge you need to have a successful career in the building and construction as a Wall and Ceiling Liner (Plasterer). You will receive comprehensive training for Wall and Ceiling Lining apprentices in all practical and theoretical aspects of the trade.
The training is provided to our students by teachers that have been firstly apprentices themselves then moved on to become qualified tradesman themselves and still maintain industry currency by working with other contractors or running their own subcontracting businesses.

The qualification requires the successful completion of 29 units of competency which includes 22 core and 7 electives. The units of competency currently shown in the table below indicate a possible direction. The units may change during the pre-training interview to better suit the type of work you undertake.

On successful completion of this course students will receive the qualification CPC31220 Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining which is a nationally recognised qualification within Australia.
Students who do not fully complete the qualification but who are successful in completing a number of the units of competency will receive a statement of attainment for those units.

A person having successfully completed CPC31220 Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining may seek employment undertaking the following tasks:

Domestic Building Supervisor
Education Pathway
After achieving the CPC31220 Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining, candidates may be eligible to undertake the CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) or the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).
